Hint: Mixtures are a physical composition or blend of various substances mixed together such that none of the substance loses its identity and properties in the mixture. Basically it is a composition of various components.

Complete answer:
Everything that we are surrounded by is a composition of two or more substances hence is a mixture. Though pure substances exist too but at a macroscopic level of the things that we use daily is a mixture of two or more substances. For example things such as tap water or various food items are all a mixture. Even the air we breathe is a mixture or composition of nitrogen, carbon dioxide, oxygen and other gases.
Mixtures can be of two types depending upon the uniformity in its composition. If the composition of the mixture is uniform it is called a homogeneous mixture and if the composition of multiple substances put together makes a non uniform composition throughout the mixture. An example for heterogeneous mixture is vegetable soup. We drink vegetable solutions in our daily life, since it is good for our health.
The soap water that we use to wash our clothes and carry out daily life work is an example of heterogeneous mixture. They do not have a uniform composition throughout.

Note: We need to understand that mixtures can be separated into its respective components that make the mixture because the chemical composition of the substances does not change, since the substances do not react with each other while making a mixture and their identities remain unchanged.
