Hint: In the given question we are given a fractional number such that we need to find the percent of that fractional number. For this we need to find an equivalent fraction such that we have 100 in the denominator and then we can clearly write the attained equivalent fraction as the percent of the given fractional number.
Complete step by step answer:
According to the given question we need to find the percent of the fractional number, and we know that the percent of the number is the value from 100. Now, in order to get the value of we need to find an equivalent fraction of the given fraction so that we can find the value from 100 and equivalent fraction has to be such that the denominator is 100.
Now, in order to get the equivalent fraction as per the required condition we need to multiply and divide by 25 and we get,
$\dfrac{3}{4}\times \dfrac{25}{25}\Rightarrow \dfrac{75}{100}$
Now, we can clearly see that this fraction represents the percent as $\dfrac{75}{100}=75\%$ .
Note: For this question we need to take care that we don’t have to simplify the attained equivalent fraction as we require the fraction in such a way that the denominator is 100. Also, while writing the equivalent fraction we need to initially simplify the fraction so that further we don’t need to simplify and directly attain the exact percent.
