The park which is made and used for conservation is called National Parks. These types of parks are created and protected by the national government. The land of the national part is a reserve and should be natural, semi-natural or developed. The National parks are known to be the pride of the nation.
The term National park is termed by IUCN( International union for conservation of nature), as there are many conservation areas in some countries even if they also respond to different categories of the IUCN.

Jim Corbett National Park was the first national park in India which was established in the year1936. The park was formed for sheltering the endangered Bengali tiger. The Jim Corbett National park is situated in Nainital district Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand which was named after a well known hunter called Jim Corbett. The weather of the park is temperate. Rainfall ranges from light during the winter to heavy during summers. The park was made for the starting of a project for tigers. It consists of 477 species of plants as well as fauna. It gives a gateway to outdoors, family recreation opportunities and connection to history and heritage.
There are so many National parks in India which work as a safeguard of habitat and animals as well as protect a safe space for wildlife to breed and survive. The national park is the house for most of the animals that are under the endangered stage and can go extinct soon. The water resources and lands stabilize the forest areas under the National parks.

Note: There are two types of species found in National park Endangered and Extinct species. Endangered is a species of animal or plant that is seriously at the risk of extinction and it can be animal or plants. An endangered species is at the risk due to factors like habitat loss, poaching etc.
