Hint:Beta particles are having very low mass and fast-moving Electrons have a high charge to mass density.
The beta particles get deflected more than the heavier alpha particles.
The electric field does not affect The gamma rays. And hence the gamma rays are uncharged.

Complete step-by-step solution:
The alpha particles get attracted to the negatively charged plate. From this, we can conclude that the alpha particles are positively charged. The Alpha particles are helium nuclei. It contains two protons.
The beta particles are attracted to the Positively charged plate. From this, we can conclude the beta particles are negatively charged.
The cathode rays are having a negative charge also they are having a stream of electrons. Here they get deflected towards the Positive plate-like Anode.
The gamma rays and x-rays are the neutral rays and they generally do not get affected by the presence of the electric field. They are uncharged.
The gamma rays are generated from the radioactive decay of atomic nuclei.
The alpha and beta radiation also gets deflected by the Magnetic fields. When the alpha and beta particles are moved in the magnetic fields they experience the deflecting force.
Here, the only charged particles get deflected by the electric fields, the alpha and beta rays have the net charges, and gamma rays have the electromagnetic waves.

Note:The electric field is a region that indicates force that acts on a unit positive charge if it's placed in the region.
The electric field is static in moving objects.
The force magnitude is calculated by using the Lorentz formula. And its orientation depends on the electric and magnetic fields.
