Hint:Genetic information contains information about an individual's genetic tests. The genetic tests of an individual's family members with information about the sign of a disease or disorder in an individual's family members.
Complete answer:
In cell biology the nucleus is a membrane bound organelle seen in eukaryotic cells. Eukaryotes generally have a single nucleus but a few cell types such as mammalian red blood cells have no nuclei and only some others including osteoclasts have many. The main structures building up the nucleus are the nuclear envelope, a double membrane that encloses the whole organelle and isolates its contents from the cellular cytoplasm and the nuclear matrix which includes the nuclear lamina. It is a network within the nucleus that adds mechanical support, like the cytoskeleton supports the cell as an entire. The cell nucleus has all of the cell's genome, except for a small fraction of mitochondrial DNA, structured as multiple long linear DNA molecules in a complex with a large diversity of proteins, such as histones to form chromosomes. The genes within these chromosomes are arranged in such a way to promote cell function. The nucleus helps to sustain the integrity of genes and controls the activities of the cell by regulating gene expression. The nucleus is thus, the control center of the cell. A nucleus is a membrane-bound organelle that has the cell's chromosomes. Pores in the nuclear membrane permit for the passage of molecules into and out of the nucleus. The nucleus plays very important roles.Because it contains genetic material it coordinates cell activities like protein synthesis and cell division. The genetic information of an organism is contained in DNA molecules. It has to come from the nitrogen bases. So we can conclude that nucleus contains DNA which stores the genetic information in an organism.
The correct answer is option (B) Nucleus.
Note:The nucleus is an organelle seen in eukaryotic cells. Within its fully enclosed nuclear membrane, it contains the bulk of the cell's genetic material. This material is structured as DNA molecules, along with a range of proteins to form chromosomes.
