Hint: Any defect in the functioning of the sperm , in the number of sperm or in the physiology and pathology of the sperm is responsible for the infertility in the males

Complete step by step answer:
1.Azoospermia-It is defined as the complete absence of the sperm in the semen which is ejaculated during the orgasm and maturbation. It often occurs due to the obstruction in the reproductive tract or decrease in the production of sperm. If the azoospermia is non obstructive then it can be treated as obstructive azoospermia don’t have any treatment.
2.Polyspermy-During the process of fertilization in the uterus when egg is fussed with more than one sperm that is two or more the two sperm simultaneously fuse with the mature egg then it is known as polyspermy but even after increase in number of sperm the organism develop will be diploid extra sperms will be discarded.
3.Oligospermia-It is defined as the decrease in the number of sperm at the time of ejaculation, it is a type of male infertility in which the semen don’t have sufficient sperm for reproduction.
4.Asthenospermia-it is defined as male infertility in which the spermatozoa are completely immotile or reduction In the motility of sperm. Here after ejaculation sperm don’t move in the female track.
So asthenospermia is responsible for low sperm motility.

Hence option D is correct.

Note:
1 out of 5000 make is suffering from asthenospermia in all over the world. It is caused due to exposure of sperm to rubber, extreme temperature and spermicides.
