Hint: Mixture- a mixture is a material composed of at least two distinct substances which are genuinely mixed. A mixture is the physical mix of at least two substances in which the characters are held and are blended as solutions, suspensions and colloids.

Complete step by step answer:
As, mixture is made up of two or more substances that are mixed physically but not chemically. These have variable compositions.
So, according to the given options, in option A, distilled water may be defined as a pure form of water in which no other impurities are present, only water molecules are there. Water i.e. H2O, is a pure substance or a compound which is made up of hydrogen and oxygen. A mixture would be a water with other things dissolved in it. Hence, distilled water is not a mixture.
In the given option B, sugar is dissolved in water, i.e. in this sugar molecules are to be mixed with water molecules and both the individual materials are forming a mixture. Both the molecules are mixed physically.
In the given option C, Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) contains hydrocarbons having three or four carbon atoms, i.e. LPG is a mixture of propane and butane. Therefore, LPG is also a mixture, forming different components.
In the given last option D, gasoline, which is a complex mixture of different compounds that are made from petroleum. It is a mixture of paraffins, naphthenes, aromatics and olefins. Hence, it is also called a mixture.

Hence, option a is correct.

Note:
Thus, mixture is defined as the blending of two or more dissimilar materials. These are categorized as those which are evenly distributed i.e. homogenous and which are not i.e. heterogeneous.
