Hint:To solve such questions,we should have proper knowledge of electrolytes, their nature and types. The strong electrolytes are those which completely dissociate into ions in solution. These will provide more ions, hence more conducting in nature .

Complete answer:
The nature of an electrolyte i.e. whether it is a weak electrolyte or strong electrolyte will be determined by the number of ions it provides in solution. The more the number of ions in the solution, the more conducting is the solution. When an electrolyte dissociates completely i.e. 100% in its ions , it is a strong electrolyte . When it dissociates only to some extent , it is a weak electrolyte .
Here we have four electrolytes. We have to identify which of them are strong electrolytes.
Ammonium hydroxide NH4OH we know that it is a weak base. It does not completely dissociate into its constituent ions. Hence, it cannot be a strong electrolyte.Sodium Hydroxide NaOH , is one of the strongest bases known . When it is added to the solution , it completely dissociates itself. It for sure is a strong electrolyte.
Next we have the salt of sodium hydroxide and acetic acid, sodium acetate. It when added to solution completely dissociates into acetate and sodium ions . It is also a strong electrolyte.Next we have is hydrogen cyanide. It is not completely ionised in solution . It is a weak electrolyte.

And hence, the correct answer is Option B and C.

Note:The strong electrolytes conduct electricity in solution. Because in strong electrolytes , the number of ions that are present helps in the conduction of electricity. While weak electrolytes provide less number of ions and eventually, lesser conductivity.
