Hint: To unfold the secrets of origin of life has always been one of the biggest fascinations for scientists. Therefore, many science scholars have made several successful attempts to explain Origin of life through various theories.
Complete Answer
Out of many theories only few of them have been accepted by scientists that can explain the concept of origin of life. The theories proposed by Haldane and Oparin (that were similar in terms of concept) have been considered as the most accepted theory for explaining the concept of origin of life.
This theory proposes that life has originated from inorganic compounds such as amino acids. These compounds kept on evolving in the presence of environmental conditions such as natural gases of atmosphere, sunlight, water vapour and lead to the origin of life. However, they mentioned that the Earth that witnessed the origin of life was far different from one present today. It's atmosphere was void of Oxygen gas, temperature was too high to bear, etc.
The theory claims that presence of sunlight and several atmospheric gases lead to sprouting of many chemical reactions amongst the inorganic compounds. The products released from these reactions went through more complex reactions and slowly led to formation of organic compounds. These organic compounds led to the origin of life in the form of microorganisms. Slowly evolution and development might have led to the origin of various living species. This was the concept put forth by the two scholars.
Note:
Though the theory successfully manages to explain the concept of origin of life yet cannot be considered an ultimate truth because of absence of any evidence. Therefore, the origin of life is still a mystery that can be explained well by this theory but can't be revealed.
