The Indian Territorial Army had taken part in different Indian operations like Operation Pawan in Sri Lanka, operation Rakshak in Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir, and operation Rhino and operation Bajrang in the North East. This unit has also helped the country in natural calamities like Earthquake in Latur(Maharashtra), Uttarkashi in Garhwal Himalayas, and the super cyclone in Odisha.
