Hint: As we know that in chemistry, the IUPAC nomenclature of organic chemistry is a method of naming organic compounds as recommended by the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC). Also every possible organic compound should have a name from which an unambiguous structural formula can be created easily. So we have to write down the nomenclature of the above given compound which is an acid chloride.

Complete answer:
Let us understand about acid chlorides followed by nomenclature as follows:-
Acid chloride: In organic chemistry, an acid chloride (also known as acyl chloride) is an organic compound with the functional group -COCl. Their formula is generally written RCOCl (where R is a side chain and it can be alkyl or acyl group). They are the reactive derivatives of carboxylic acids where –OH (alcohol) is replaced by –Cl (chloride).
-Nomenclature of acyl chlorides: Where the acyl chloride moiety takes priority in the compound, they are named by taking the name of the parent carboxylic acid which they are derived from and substitute -yl chloride in place of -ic acid.
-As $C{{H}_{3}}COCl$ is derived from $C{{H}_{3}}COOH$ which is known as acetic acid, this means ic acid is replaced by –yl chloride and the name formed is acetyl chloride.
-Hence the IUPAC name of $C{{H}_{3}}COCl$ is acetyl chloride.

Note:
-Also low molecular weight acid chlorides are often lachrymators and they react violently with amines, alcohols and water.
-These compounds are also used as chloride sources in various reactions of organic chemistry.
