Properties of polyester are as follows:

Poly-wool: Polyesters are spun together with a natural fibre to form a cloth with blended properties. Hence, poly wool is a blend of a natural fibre i.e., wool and a synthetic fibre i.e., polyester.

The main reason to blend polyester with wool is that the polyester makes the wool fabric stronger and lasts longer than the original fabric. The blended fabric gets a better look and texture and hence it is in high demand in the cloth industry.
