We have to fight gravity every time we walk, step, or jump because it is always dragging us toward Earth.

As we know that for walking, The period during which we, the human, are not in contact with the ground must last a minimum of time in order for us to swap our feet from front to rear. And due to less value of \[g\] as compared to Earth’s gravity and i.e., $\dfrac{1}{6}$ of the Earth. And we know that the force acting on the mass is $mg$ which is also $\dfrac{1}{6}$ times more than that of earth. This is only as Earth has more pull than that of the moon. As a result, walking on the moon will be tougher than that of earth.
