Hint: We know that there are 5 primary types of chemical reaction: Combination reaction, displacement reaction, double displacement, decomposition, precipitation reaction. On the left side of the reaction, there are reactants and on the right side, we have a product. Based on product formation we will find what type of reaction it is.

1) Combination reaction- When two or more reactants react to each other to form a product known as a combination reaction.

Synthesis reactions are an example of a combination reaction.
Example - $2Na + C{l_2} \to 2NaCl$
Hence $A + B \to C$ this reaction is an example of a combination reaction.
Because here A and B combine to give product C.
2) Displacement reaction- When a more reactive element displaces a less reactive element from its aqueous salt solution known as displacement reaction. Sometimes it’s called substitution reaction also.
$X + YZ \to XZ + Y$
Example – $CuS{O_4} + Fe \to FeS{O_4} + Cu$
Hence, $A + BC \to AC + B$ represent displacement reaction, here A substitutes B to form compound AC.
${A_2}{O_3} + 2B \to {B_2}{O_3} + 2A$ in this equation also B replaces A.
3) Double displacement reaction- If in a reaction an element gets exchange between two compounds known as double displacement reaction. These reactions are also known as metathesis reactions.
$XY + ZA \to XZ + YA$
Example- $N{a_2}S{O_4} + BaC{l_2} \to BaS{O_4} + 2NaCl$
Hence, $PQ + RS \to PS + RQ$ this equation shows the double displacement. P displaces R and Q combines with R.
4) Decomposition reaction- When a compound deforms into two or more compounds called decomposition reaction. This reaction is just the reverse of a combination reaction.
$XY \to X + Z$
Example- $CaC{O_3}\xrightarrow{\Delta }CaO + C{O_2}$
Hence, $X \to Y + Z$ this equation shows decomposition. X breaks into Y, Z.
