Hint: Dicotyledons also known as dicot plants are one of the angiosperm plant groups. Their name dicot signifies their character of seeds having two embryonic leaves or cotyledons. There are several differences in both groups of angiosperms I.e. monocots and dicots. These differences also lie in their morphological differences in roots, stem, and leaves.

Complete answer:
Anatomy of dicotyledonous plant roots:
Morphological structures present in the root of digits are The outermost layer is called epidermis which surrounds areas of ground tissues and vascular tissues. Many of the epidermal cells give rise to a modification called roots hairs. Inside the root, it forms I.e. the ground tissue two regions: the cortex and the pith. The cortex is located between the outermost layer and xylem phloem. But the pith is absent in dicot roots. The absence of this pith is the characteristic feature of dicot plants. The cortex consists of many-layered thin-walled parenchyma cells. In the cortex is the present endodermis which is the innermost layer of the cortex. Endodermis comprises a barrel-shaped cell which is present in a single layer without any Intercellular spaces. The tangential and radial walls of radial cells have a deposition of water-impermeable waxy material in the form of Casparian strips, next to endodermis lies many layers of parenchymatous cells which are thickly walled and called pericycle. The parenchymatous cells which are present between xylem and phloem, the vascular tissues are called conjunctive tissue. In dicot roots, the vascular tissues xylem and phloem are arranged alternately in an X-shape in the steel. Xylem and phloem are usually being present in two to four patches as vascular tissue. Later, a cambium ring develops between the xylem and phloem.
So, the tissues present in dicot roots among all of these options are cortex, endodermis, pericycle, xylem, and phloem.

So, the correct answer to this question is the option” A” 5.

Note: The angiosperms or the flowering plant's dicots and monocots have several morphological differences among them. The most important difference among them is cotyledon around the seed. In monocots, there is a single cotyledon and in dicots, there are two cotyledons.
