Gujarat lies to the extreme west of India whereas Arunachal Pradesh is situated to the extreme east of India.The sun rises two hours earlier in Arunachal Pradesh than in Gujarat.
 If Arunachal Pradesh and Gujarat keep the local time according to the own Meridian on the globe then the people who are traveling from two different states of India, they have to keep changing their watches and hence they could not keep up to the appointments.
