Hint: Epithelium is one type of animal tissue.Epithelial tissues line the outer surfaces of organs and blood vessels throughout the body, as well as the inner surfaces of cavities in many internal organs.

Complete answer:
Ciliated epithelium have long and thin cells, like columnar cells and have cilia. The nuclei do not line up as in simple columnar epithelium. e.g: seen in lining of respiratory tract, fallopian tube and auditory canal. The inner lining of the tube like systems possesses the ciliated epithelium. The cells bear shorter hair like projections called cilia which beat and allow the movement of the particles. The fallopian tubes are lined with cilia and vibrate to move the egg or the mucus in the cavity. Ciliated epithelium plays the characteristic of shifting a few debris or fluids over the epithelial surfaces withinside the systems like trachea, bronchial tubes, and nasal ciliated columnar epithelium has on lining of the lumen of the uterine tube, in which currents generated via way of means of the cilia propels the ovum in the direction of the uterus.

Thus, the correct answer is option C.

Additional notes:
Cuboidal epithelium have cells in box shaped. The nucleus is round and generally located near the center of the cell. e.g: these are seen in the lining of the kidney tubules and in the ducts of glands. Columnar epithelium have cells which are tall and column like and the nucleus tends to be elongated and located in the basal end of the cells. e. g: seen in the lining of the digestive system and parts of the female reproductive tract.

Note:The fallopian tubes or uterine tubes are uterine appendages which enable the passage of egg cells from the ovaries to the uterus. In the presence of sperm and fertilization, the uterine tubes shipping the fertilized egg to the uterus for implantation.
