Hint: The First Anglo Sikh war was fought between the Sikhs and the British East India Company around the district of Ferozepur in Punjab.

Complete answer: The outcome of the first Anglo-Sikh was the Treaty of Lahore. It was during the reign of Maharaja Ranjit Singh the Sikh kingdom of Punjab expanded. The Maharaja maintained a friendly relationship with the British and some American and European also trained his artillery. The disagreement between the Afghans led Ranjit Singh to capture the territories of Peshawar and Multan. When the British found out that the Afghans were conspiring with Russia, they launched a war called the First Anglo-Afghan war. This was supported by the Sikhs.
After the death of Ranjit Singh, his eldest son Kharak Singh succeeded him. The British started having ambitions to capture some parts of Punjab. They increased their military capacity in the regions. A cantonment was established in Ferozepur, a few miles away from the Sutlej river which was the frontier between British ruled India and Punjab. When the British captured Sindh, the Sikhs began to grow suspicious of them. A war was launched in which the British emerged to be victorious. This led to the signing of the Lahore treaty.
The terms of the Lahore Treaty were:
1. The ruler of Punjab would be Maharaja Duleep Singh as before and his mother Jindan Kaur as the regent.
2. The Sikhs would have to surrender Jalandhar and Doab to the British.
3. The Sikhs were ordered to pay huge war security. Since they could not pay the full sum, they gave away some of their territories to the British.
4. Sikhs had to limit their military strength.
Looking at the options:
Option A: Treaty Of Karachi was signed between India between the military representatives of both India and Pakistan. This treaty established a line of the ceasefire in Kashmir due to the war caused between India and Pakistan in 1947. Therefore this is incorrect.
Option B: The Treaty of Islamabad was signed by parties in the Afghanistan war in 1992-1996; Hence this option is incorrect. Option C: Treaty of Sutlej was between Charles T. Metcalfe, representing the British East India Company, and Ranjit Singh, head of the Sikh kingdom of Punjab in an attempt to bring the Cis-Sutlej states under his control.
Option D: Treaty of Lahore was signed between the British East India Company and the British after the Sikhs lost in the Anglo-Sikh war.. Therefore this is the correct answer.
Option D is the correct answer.

Note: The Sikh empire was one of the few kingdoms remaining after the fall of the Mughal empire and the East India Company rule. Although the Sikhs lost the war, their resentment against the British continued and this resulted in the Second Anglo-Sikh war within three years.
