Hint: Humans are omnivorous in nature and draw nutrition from food which could be from either or both plant and animal sources. Certain edible fungi such as mushrooms also serve as food. The vital nutrients that can be obtained from food are carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. Some edible items may activate one’s taste buds and some may not although they might be of high nutritional values.

Complete step by step answer:
Tasty food is not always nutritious and nutritious food may not always be tasty to eat. Some food may taste good for someone while some may taste like feet. But the food that tastes good may not have high nutritional values whereas the food that tastes bad may have higher values of nutrition in it. For instance, a juice of aloe-vera tastes bad to a normal human being although it has high nutritional and medicinal values whereas a cold drink that tastes good to a person is not of higher nutritional value. In another instance, we can say that the potato chips that are available in the market may taste good but are of not high nutritional value. This potato when used to make a vegetable curry along with some other vegetable may not taste as good as the potato chips, but may have high nutritional value that would show positive signs of development in the human body.

Note:
Foods like burger, potato chips, pizza are delicious but are not nutritious. These contain a lot of refined flour, oil, and spices that are not for liver. Whereas food like boiled vegetables, juices, pulses, etc is not always tasty but they are highly rich in nutrients like vitamins and proteins that keep us healthy.
