There can be many reasons for infertility such as:

In our country, Indian females are generally blamed for infertility but most of the time, the problem lies in the male partner. But in today’s world, infertility clinics develop which helps the couple to conceive their baby. However, there are many techniques by which a couple can have a child.
The suggestion of techniques to assist infertile couples to produce child will be:
1. Test tube babies: This is done through In-vitro fertilization. It is possible to produce a child where sperms and eggs are united outside the body means in vitro and the zygote is then transferred to a fallopian tube of the female.
2. Gamete Intra fallopian transfer (GIFT): If a female is unable to produce the egg but has the ability to conceive, then by this technique the egg from a donor is transferred to the fallopian tube of the female.
3. Artificial insemination: This method is used when a male is having a low sperm count or is not able to inseminate. In this, the semen from a donor is transferred into the vagina.
4. Intra cytoplasmic sperm injection: It is another method in which an embryo is prepared in the laboratory by injecting the sperm directly into the ovum.

Note: All the above techniques require a highly specialized expert and many expensive instruments. But these types of facilities are available only in a few countries. As these techniques are of high cost so, not all the people get the benefit.
