Hint:In flowers, ovules are the part of the plant that contains the female reproductive organ in it. Ovule has three parts, it includes integument, nucleus and the female gametophyte. Ovule is present inside the gynoecium of the flower. This part of the plant is converted into the seed when it gets fertilized.

(1) Anatropous ovule:
Micropyle of the ovule is located at a ${180^ \circ }$ curvature to that of the funicular. This type of ovule is called anatropous ovule. These are mainly located in the helianthus
(2) Orthotropous ovule:
The micropyle, chalaza and the funiculus part of the ovule all lie in the same vertical line. This type of ovule is present in polygonum.
(3) hemitropous ovule:
Ovule is placed at right angles to the funiculus and its micropyle bends towards the funiculus. It is present in primula.
(4)In the loranthus plant, integuments are absent in the ovules.

Note:In sexual reproduction of the plants, pollen grains which is male reproductive part lands over the stigma. It moves through the pollen tube and reaches the ovule. Their fertilization occurs by merging the nucleus of ovule and the pollen and the seed is produced.
