So we have to first solve the bracket.
 $ \Rightarrow \left( {48 - 12} \right) \div 4 + 6 \div 2 \times 3 = 36 \div 4 + 6 \div 2 \times 3$
Now we have to solve for divide according to rule so we have,
$ \Rightarrow 36 \div 4 + 6 \div 2 \times 3 = \dfrac{{36}}{4} + \dfrac{6}{2} \times 3 = 9 + 3 \times 3$
Now we have to solve multiply according to rule so we have,
$ \Rightarrow 9 + 3 \times 3 = 9 + 9$
Now we have to solve addition according to rule so we have,
