Hint:Maharana Sangram Singh Sisodia was a Mewar Indian king, who was the head of a mighty confederate Rajputana in Rajputana during the 16th century (12April 1482 – 30January 1528). He was also known as Rana Sanga.

Complete answer:
succession with his brothers, Sanga became the ruler of Mewar.

Military career: as ruler of Mewar, he unified the warring clans of Rajput and established a strong confederacy, uniting the Rajputs after 300 years.

Struggle with Mughals: On April 21, 1526, King Timurid Babur invaded India for the fifth time and defeated Ibrahim Lodhi in the First Battle of Panipat and executed him. After the battle, Sanga joined many Rajput clans for the first time since Prithviraj Chauhan, and raised an army of 100,000 Rajputs and advanced to Agra.

Death: Rana assaulted and decimated the Mughal advance guard on 21 February 1527. Reinforcements sent by Babur had faced the same fate. However, on 30 January 1528, Sanga died in Chittorgarh, seemingly poisoned by his own chiefs, who found his attempts to revive the Babur struggle to be suicidal.

Hence, the correct answer is option (A).

Note:In 1519, the Battle of Gagron was fought between the united Muslim armies of Gujarat and Malwa against the Rajput Confederacy led by Rana Sanga near Gagron in Rajasthan. The triumph of the Rajput confederacy, along with the Chanderi fort, put them in possession of much of the Malwa.
