Hint: Polyblend is a colloidal mixture of two or more polymers, particularly man-made fibers or modified recycled plastic. Plastic manufacturers made it for recycling plastic waste.

Complete answer: Polyblend is a fine powder of recycled modified plastic and a combination of one material with another (for example a combination of nitrile rubber vinyl resin). Polyblend is the term used in various sciences, such as fiber, clothing, materials, and environment sciences. There's a difference in the polyblend definitions for those sciences. It was manufactured in 1998 by plastic sack manufacturer Ahmed Khan, of Bangalore, a fine powder of recycled modified plastic along with R.V. Engineering College, and Bangalore City Corporation. A. Khan demonstrated that for road carpeting the mixture of polyblend and bitumen was better as it was better for road carpeting because it had better water repellent properties. This will three times increase the road life, as if new roads were being constructed.
Polyblend can be of use as follows:
> Polymer science & textiles:
Polyblend is the substance which consists of a mixture of two or more polymers, especially man-made fibers or recycled plastics. In the textile industry, the polyblend is manmade fiber or polycotton fabric developed in various amounts with a combination of cotton and polyester. The polyblend is designed to provide one fabric with the advantages of both the cotton and polyester fibers.
> Material science:
The polyblend or polymer mixture, or polymer mixture, is a member of a material class in which at least two or more polymers are mixed together to create a new material with different physical properties which can be used for different industrial applications.
> Environment:
Polyblend is a granular material of recycled modified plastic, plastic film waste, plastic conveyor bag waste or plastic packing material which is mixed with bitumen and used for road laying. Polyblend and bitumen strengthen the bitumen-water-repellent properties when used to lay roads and help to improve road life. The waste plastics can also be recycled at the same time keeping the world free from non-degradable plastics.

Note: A mixture of polyblend and bitumen increases the mechanical strength of the road which further increases the bitumen 's temperature resistivity against very high temperatures (i.e., bitumen would not melt in places where temperature is above 45$^o$C). This will also prevent water from flowing onto the road and therefore improve road life.
