Hint: This is the situation when after dipping cells for long in distilled water the cell will become swollen and distended or congested.

Complete answer:
When the Plant cells are dipped in distilled water it will become turgid because distilled water has a very less amount of solutes and a high concentration of solvent so it is considered as a hypotonic solution as compared to the intracellular environment, in other words, we can say that the solute concentration of the surrounding solution is less than that inside the cytoplasm and this causes the water to move inside the cell to equalize the concentration inside and outside the cell.

Additional Information:
A hypotonic solution has more concentration of solvent molecules than the fluid inside the cell so the solvent molecules move inside of the cell from the region of higher concentration to the region of lower concentration This process is known as the process of endosmosis.
In endosmosis, the cell swells, its size increases, and finally, it becomes turgid.
For example, swelling of the raisins and grapes after placing it in water for some time, absorption of water by the roots, absorption of water in the xylem vessels by the roots all occurs due to the process of endosmosis.
The process in which shrinking of the cytoplasm of a plant cell occurs in response to diffusion of water out of the cell from low salt concentration into a high salt concentration (hypertonic solution) solution is known as plasmolysis.
During the process of plasmolysis, the cell membrane pulls away from the cell wall and gets shrunken. This does not occur in low salt concentration because of the rigid cell wall.
Flaccid: These are plant tissue that has become soft and less rigid than normal. This happens because the cytoplasm within its cells has shrunk and contracted away from the cell walls due to the loss of water.
Impermeable is the situation where the fluid is restricted which means not permitting the passage of a fluid through the pores, interstices, etc.
So, the correct answer is option (a) ’ Turgid’.

Note: Hypotonic solution: A hypotonic solution may be a solution that contains fewer dissolved particles like salt and other electrolytes than it's present in normal cells and blood means it has a lower solute concentration as compared to a different solution.
Hypertonic solution: A hypertonic solution may be a solution that contains a high quantity of dissolved particles like salt and other electrolytes than it is present in normal cells and blood means it has a higher solute concentration as compared to another solution.
The process in which shrinking of the cytoplasm of a plant cell occurs in response to diffusion of water out of the cell from low salt concentration into a high salt concentration (hypertonic solution) solution is known as plasmolysis.
