Complete answer:The Saluvas were the natives of Kalyani region of western Chalukyas and Kalachuris of Karnataka.Three kings ruled from 1485 - 1505. These were: Saluva Narsimha Deva Raya(1485-1491), Thimma Bhupala,1491, Narasimha Raya ii (1491-1501). Saluva Narsimha expanded his empire towards the south and conquered the western ports of Kannada country of Mangalore, Bhatkal,Honnavar and Bakanur. He also traded with Arabs. His son Thimma Bhupala held the office of Yuvaraja and succeeded after the death of his father but was soon murdered by an army commander and finally, his younger brother succeeded him. Unfortunately, he was also assassinated at his fortress of Penukonda.
