Hint: The blood flows through the arteries and veins and is pumped to all the parts of the body through the heart. The arteries carry oxygenated blood whereas the veins carry deoxygenated blood. The blood from the different parts of the body is sent to lungs for oxygenation through the heart. After oxygenation, it is supplied to different parts of the body.
Complete answer:
Heart sends the impure blood to the lungs for oxygenation. The oxygenated blood means the blood that is rich in oxygen with very less carbon dioxide. The deoxygenated blood means the blood which is received to the heart and has greater concentration of carbon dioxide as compared to oxygen. Let us see the difference.
Note: All the arteries carry oxygenated blood to the organs except the pulmonary artery which carries deoxygenated blood. The veins carry the deoxygenated blood towards the heart except for the pulmonary vein. The arteries appear red due to the presence of oxyhaemoglobin. The veins appear blue as it carries deoxygenated blood.

Oxygenated Blood | Deoxygenated Blood |
The blood that has higher concentration of oxygen is known as oxygenated blood. | The blood that has higher concentration of carbon dioxide is known as deoxygenated blood. |
The oxygenated blood flows in the artery | The deoxygenated blood flows through the veins. |
The oxygenated blood flows away from the heart. | The deoxygenated blood flows towards the heart. |
The regular pressure of oxygenated blood is 120/80mm of Hg | The blood pressure of deoxygenated blood is lower than that of the oxygenated blood. |
