Hint: To write a number in word form or from word to number see the place value of the digits of the number and write accordingly. One’s place is written as 1, tens place as 10, hundreds place as 100 and so on. So, if we have a number as 25, then we have 5 in ones’ place and 2 (as 20) in ten’s place. So 25 will be expressed as twenty five in words. We will apply this concept to get the answer.

Complete step-by-step answer:
We have learnt the basic of how to write a number in words, for basic understanding just go through these numbers below
1 – one
2 – two
3 – three
4 – four
5 – five
6 – six
7 – seven
8 – eight
9 – nine
10 – ten
.
.
.
20 – twenty
30 – thirty
40 – forty
.
.
100 – hundred
200 – two hundred
And so on,
Also, one important thing we should understand is the place value of digit in number to write a number in word form. Let us see how this is important.
Following are the first 6 place values and what they are called to get a better understanding.
Start from the right side of the number at the ones place
1 – the ones place
10 – the tens place
100 – the hundreds place
1, 000 – the thousands place
10, 000 – the ten thousands place
100, 000 – the hundred thousands place
For example, 267 – we write this number as
7 is written as seven as it is at the ones place, 6 is written as sixty (60) as it is in the tens place and 2 is written as two hundred (200) as it is in the hundreds place.
So, we get it as: Two hundred sixty seven.
Now, in the given problem we can easily write the numeric form based on the above understanding:
“One hundred four thousand, one hundred three”
We have three at ones’ place – 3, nothing in tens place – 0, then one hundred in hundreds place – 100, four thousand in thousands place – 4000, nothing in ten thousands place – 0, one hundred in hundred thousands place – 100, 000. Therefore, we can write it as
= 104, 103
Hence, the correct option is C.

Note: Remember the word form of the basic numbers and also while writing the word form or numeric form find the place value of the digits in the number correctly. Since the last word is “three”, we must have ‘3’ in the ones’ place and therefore we can easily eliminate option A. Since it has got “one hundred four thousand”, it must be of the form 100, 000, so option B also can be eliminated. Then, in option D, there is 13 in the tens place, but we do not have ten’s place in the given question, so we can eliminate this too. So, we will get option C as the answer. This approach can also be used.
