Coastal Refineries:

1. Haldia refinery – Indian Oil Corporation Limited in Haldia, West Bengal.
The refinery is situated near Kolkata (Western Bengal) in Haldia. With French collaboration, the fuel sector was established, and with Romanian collaboration, the Lube sector. The refining capacity of the refinery by debottlenecking steps was increased to 2,75 million tonnes per year in 1989. The refinery's executive director is Mr. Brij Behari.


2. Visakhapatnam Refinery – Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
Visakhapatnam Refinery is one of HPCL 's two oil refineries in India, with Mumbai Refinery being the other. This was one of Visakhapatnam's first important factories and the first oil refinery on the East Coast.

In-land Refineries:

1. Bina Refinery – Bharat Oman Refineries Limited in Bina, Madhya Pradesh.
Bina Refinery is an oil refinery situated in the Sagar District of Madhya Pradesh State at Bina in Bina. Bharat Oman Refineries Limited owns and operates the refinery. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), one of the leading Indian oil companies listed as a fortune 500 company, promotes BORL.

2. Panipat Refinery – Indian Oil Corporation Limited in Panipat, Haryana.
Panipat Refinery is an oil refinery located in Panipat, Haryana, India, in the village of Baholi. In 1998, it was set up. The seventh refinery belonging to the Indian Oil Corporation Limited is Panipat Refinery.
