There are 100 National Parks in India. Some of the National Parks in India are Jim Corbett National Park, Keoladeo National Park, Manas National Park, Kanha National Park, Gir National Park, Simlipal National Park, Kaziranga National Park.
Jim Corbett National Park: This National Park is located in the district of Nainital in Uttarakhand. This being the first national park of India is rich in flora and fauna. It is well known for Bengal tigers. It is known for being a part of the larger Corbett Tiger Reserve, a Project Tiger Reserve.
Keoladeo National Park: It is a vast bird sanctuary which protects over 350 species of migratory and resident birds. It is located in Bharatpur, Rajasthan.
Manas National Park: It is situated in Assam. It is known for Project Tiger Reserve, an elephant reserve, and a biosphere reserve.
Kanha National Park: It is also known as Kanha Tiger Reserve. It is situated in Madhya Pradesh.
Simlipal National park: It is home to Bengal tigers and Asian elephants. It is located in Mayurbhanj which is a district of Orissa.
• Gir National Park: It protects Asian lions, leopards, and antelopes. It is located in Gujarat.
• Kaziranga National Park: It is home to the Great Indian One-horned rhinoceros. It is located in Assam.
