Hint: After the president, the Vice President of India is the second-highest constitutional office in India. Article 63 of the Indian Constitution states that "There shall be a Vice President of India." In the absence of the President due to death, resignation, impeachment, or other circumstances, the Vice President serves as President.

Complete answer: The Vice President is the most important person in India after the President.there are some conditions to become a Vice President.
-The person has to be a citizen of India.
-He should be of minimum 35 years of age
-He serves for a tenure of about 5 years.
-He is collectively appointed by the vote of members of parliament of Rajya Sabha and Lok sabha and by the nominated members of parliament.
-He is the ex-officio chairman of Rajya sabha as he coordinates all the sessions in Rajya Sabha.

Article 66 of the Indian Constitution lays down the manner in which the Vice President is chosen. The Vice-President shall be elected indirectly, by means of a single transferable vote, by members of an electoral college composed of members of both Houses of Parliament, in accordance with the system of proportional representation, and shall be elected by secret ballot by an electoral commission. The tenure of vice president is for five years and he can be re-elected any number of times. In case of his absence due to death, resignation, or removal, there is no such mechanism in the constitution that provides succession in the absence or vacancy of the Vice President. In such cases, the Deputy Chairman of the Rajya Sabha is responsible to perform the Vice President duties until the new Vice President is re-elected. But in case of the absence of the president of India due to death, resignation, removal, etc., the vice president works as the president until the new president is elected within three months.

Thus, the answer is option B: 35

Note: There are different age qualifications for different posts in India. For President and Vice President, it is a minimum of 35 years of age whereas for the Prime Minister it is 25 years if he is a member of Lok Sabha and 30 years if he is a member of Rajya Sabha. The minimum age in India to come into politics through panchayat elections is 21 years.
