Flowers are reproductive organs of the plant. There are two types of flower,
Complete flower
In a complete flower, sepals, petals, stamens and pistils are present. There are two parts which are present in two different parts,
>Vegetative part
There are two parts.
Sepal - It is a green coloured part which is present beneath the petal and helps in protecting rising buds. In some flowers, the petals and sepals are fused and in some it is separated.
Petal - It is a bright coloured part which attracts bees, birds and insects. The colour of petals varies from plant to plant, some are bright and others pale coloured.
>Reproductive part
The reproductive part of the flower is,
Stamen - It is the male reproductive organ present in flowers and has two parts -anther and filament.
Pistil - It is the female reproductive organ of a flower and is the innermost part. There are three parts present in the flower - Ovary, style and stigma.

>Incomplete flower
In an incomplete flower, either sepals, petals, stamens or pistils is absent.
