Hint: Wacker process involves a chloride salt of a metal used in SHE. Ziegler-Natta polymerisation involves a transition metal compound and a co-catalyst. In the Contact process an oxide form of a transition metal is used. Deacon’s process involves a metal chloride. This metal as it is a strong conductor of electricity.

Complete step-by-step answer:
Let us consider each process given above:
-Wacker process or wacker oxidation is an industrial process for the synthesis of ethanal from ethene. The catalyst used in this process is palladium as \[PdC{{l}_{2}}\]in the presence of oxygen. The chemical reaction involved in the process is homogenous catalysis reaction. Thus, the Wacker process involves the catalysts\[PdC{{l}_{2}}\].

-Ziegler-Natta polymerization is a polymerisation process which involves the Ziegler-Natta catalyst. This process involves the synthesis of polymers of alpha-olefins or alkenes. This catalyst contains two parts: one is a transition metal compound and the other part is an organo-aluminium compound (which act as co-catalyst). Usually the transition metal compound is titanium chloride. Example is \[TiC{{l}_{3}}+AlE{{t}_{2}}Cl\]. Therefore, Ziergler-Natta polymerization involves \[TiC{{l}_{3}}\].

-Contact process is the method of commercially producing sulphuric acids in very large quantities and in high concentrations. The catalyst used in the contact process is vanadium pentoxide (\[{{V}_{2}}{{O}_{5}}\]).

-During the manufacturing of alkalis by Leblanc process, Deacon process is involved. In this process, hydrogen chloride gas is converted to chlorine gas which can be used for the manufacture of bleaching powder. The catalyst used for this process is \[CuC{{l}_{2}}\].
Thus, \[TiC{{l}_{3}}\]- Ziegler-Natta polymerization, \[PdC{{l}_{2}}\] -Wacker process, \[CuC{{l}_{2}}\]-Deacon’s process, \[{{V}_{2}}{{O}_{5}}\]-Contact process. The correct option is (b)- \[(a)-(ii),(b)-(i),(c)-(iv),(d)-(iii)\]

Note: We should keep in mind that titanium trichloride is the catalyst and diethyl aluminium chloride is the co-catalyst (it serves as a reaction site for the catalyst action) in the Ziegler-Natta catalyst. Vanadium pentoxide is the catalyst used during the conversion of sulphur dioxide to sulphur trioxide in the Contact process. Palladium chloride and Copper chloride reduce the activation energy of the intermediate formed during the Wacker process and the Deacon process, respectively.
