Hint: The column I shows the target organs to where the hormone is delivered and the organs which produce/secrete these hormones. Column II shows different types of hormones. Keeping these things in mind, we are supposed to match the hormones with its origin or target organ.

Complete Step by Step Answer:
Hypothalamus, located in the brain secretes gonadotropin hormone. These stimulate the production of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone from the anterior pituitary gland.

Anterior pituitary secretes FSH(Follicle stimulating hormone) and LH (Luteinizing hormone).
In females, FSH stimulates the production of follicles which increases the amount of oestrogen. This further causes a decrease in release of FSH and a rise in release of LH. LH helps in releasing the egg from the ovary, a process called ovulation.

In males, FSH acts on the Sertoli cells present in testes to produce a protein necessary for the nourishment and development of sperms. LH acts on the Leydig/Interstitial cells which stimulate production of testosterone, important for the production of sperms.

Androgens like testosterone help in formation of secondary sexual characters and formation of male genitalia. Testosterone is also called the primary male sex hormone.

Activity of ovaries is acted upon by Oestrogen. As stated above, ovaries produce oestrogen which is at peak until LH surge occurs for the process of ovulation.
Thus, the correct answer is A: A-V; B-III; C-IV; D-II

Note: Gonadotropins are produced by the hypothalamus but secreted by the pituitary gland. ‘Tropin’ suffix is used to denote that it is a hormone that acts on another endocrine gland for the stimulation of a particular kind of activity.
Relaxin is a hormone produced by the ovary and placenta. Thus, it can be produced in both pregnant and non-pregnant females.
