Hint: The female reproductive system in humans is underdeveloped at birth and matures at puberty in order to produce gametes and carry an embryo to gestation. The uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries are the sex organs present inside the body. The genitals are part of the reproductive system that are externally observable.

Complete answer:
i) Ovaries: Ovaries are round shaped, tiny and are present on either sides of the uterus. They are the important reproductive organs in females. They are the site for production of the female gametes-egg or ova. Estrogen and progesterone are the hormones produced by them. They play an important role in the development of secondary sexual characteristics.
ii) Fallopian tubes: Fallopian tubes are long tube like structures that connect the ovaries to the uterus. They act as a passage route for the egg to reach. Fallopian tubes are the site of fertilization. The other names of fallopian tubes are oviducts and uterine tubes.
iii) Uterus: Between the bladder and the rectum is the uterus, a hollow muscular structure in the female pelvis. It is also known as the womb. Uterus acts as a site to hold the growing foetus and provides the necessary nutrition. The endometrium of the uterus sheds as menstruation when fertilization does not occur.

Note:
The ovaries, fallopian tubes and uterus are interconnected. The ovaries, the site for production of female gametes, are connected to the uterus through the fallopian tubes. The fallopian tubes is the place where the fusion of gametes occurS. Fertilization is the process of male and female gametes fusing together. Uterus is the site where the fertilized egg gets implanted.
