Hint: What we have to do is, we will add numerical values of each alphabet provided in the question. Then, we will discard the options which will have numerical values less than SMARTNESS and choose the correct option. The numerical value of the alphabet is according to their order in English vocabulary. For example in the English Alphabet, E is the fifth letter so the value of E is 5.

Complete step by step solution:
Now, first we’ll calculate the value of SMARTNESS, by adding the values of letters provided in the questions corresponding to the,
Values of SMARTNESS = 19 + 13 + 1 + 18 + 20 + 14 + 5 + 19 + 19 = 128
Now, we will calculate the values of all the options given in the question in the same way we calculated the value of SMARTNESS.

Values of INTELLIGENCE = 9 + 14 + 20 + 5 + 12 + 12 + 9 + 7 + 5 + 14 + 3 + 5 = 115
Values of HARDWORK = 8 + 1 + 18 + 4 + 23 + 15 + 18 + 11 = 98
Values of POTENTIALITY = 16 + 15 + 20 + 5 + 14 + 20 + 9 + 1 + 12 + 9 + 20 + 25 = 166
Values of APTITUDE = 1 + 16 + 20 + 9 + 20 + 21 + 4 + 5 = 96

As, we can see here the value of POTENTIALITY which is 166 is greater than the value of SMARTNESS which is equals to 128.
Hence, the correct option is (c).

Note: Add numerical values properly as this can change the answer. Use the discard method to solve MCQ problems and then you will be left with the correct option only. The possible chance of mistake in this question is of taking a wrong value of the particular.
