Here, we are given two types of ions- one is positive and the other are negative, but the twist is positive ions are bivalent which means the charge is two times and the other are monovalent negative ions.Charge on ions is equal to the charge on electrons or the charge on the proton.
So, current can be given by: I= net charge transported per second
$\Rightarrow I=(3.2\times {{10}^{18}}\times 2e)+(3.6\times {{10}^{18}}\times e) \\
\Rightarrow I=(6.4+3.6)\times {{10}^{18}}\times 1.6\times {{10}^{-19}} \\
\therefore I=1.6A$
