Hint: Human body is made up of cells which is the basic unit of life. Cells combine to form tissue. The tissue combines to form the organ and organs combine to form an organ system and plants also contain tissues accordingly. There are different types of tissue present in organisms according to their type or location.
Complete answer:
As we know that the human body is a collection of cells and these cells combine to form tissue and are structurally and functionally similar. So, we can say that there are four basic types of tissues-
• Epithelial tissue- The covering of the body surface, body cavities, and organs is provided by this tissue. It is the most important and outermost tissue. Example- Skin and Vascular bundle.
• Connective tissue- It is a type of tissue that is found between the other tissues and helps in binding and support. Example- Bone, ligament, tendons, etc.
• Muscular tissue- It is a tissue that is responsible for building up the muscle system in the human body. It performs the function of contraction and relaxation. Example- Skeletal muscle tissue, Cardiac muscle tissue, and smooth muscle tissue.
• Nervous system- It is a tissue found in the Central nervous system and peripheral nervous system. It consists of neurons and neuroglia.
So, now let’s have a look at the options.
• Skin is the outermost covering and hence it is made of stratified squamous epithelium (flattened cells arranged in layers).
• Bone- It contains the connective tissue as described above.
• Lining of kidney tubule- As mentioned above, here also epithelial tissue present with a cuboidal structure. So, it is known as Cuboidal epithelial tissue.
If we take the examples of plants then-
• Bark of a tree is also called cork and is made up of simple permanent tissue.
• Vascular bundle is made of xylem and phloem and constitutes Complex permanent tissue.
Note:
Plants are made up of Vascular, Epidermal, Meristematic, and ground tissue. The widely categorized tissue in plants is Simple Permanent tissue and Complex permanent tissue. On the other hand in animals, connective tissue and epithelial tissue is found in bones and internal walls of glands respectively.
