Organs in the body are made up of groups of tissues, such as the brain and heart.

Tissues present in skin: The epidermis, or the outermost layer of skin, serves as a waterproof barrier and is responsible for skin tone. The dermis is the layer of skin beneath the epidermis that contains tough connective tissue, hair follicles, and sweat glands. The hypodermis (deeper subcutaneous tissue) is made up of fat and connective tissue.

Tissues present in the bark of the tree: The vascular cambium produces the inner soft bark or bast; it is made up of secondary phloem tissue, the innermost layer of which transports food from the leaves to the rest of the plant. The cork cambium produces the outer bark, which is mostly dead tissue (phellogen).

Tissues present in bone: connective tissue is present in bone. Connective tissue supports bind together and protects the body's tissues and organs.

Tissues present inlining of kidney tubule: The cuboidal epithelium that lines the kidney tubules. It is made up of a single layer of cube-like (cuboidal) cells with large, spherical nuclei in the middle. Note: Permanent tissues are a group of living or dead cells formed by meristematic tissue that has lost their ability to divide and have been fixed in fixed positions in the plant body.
