Hint: There are two ways to obtain fishes. One is from natural resources, referred to as capture fishing. The opposite is by fish farming. Rearing of fishes is also known as pisciculture.

Complete answer: Capture work is that the technique of getting fish from natural resources with the assistance of fishing crafts and gears, whereas culture work is another technique of rearing required forms of fish in specific water bodies and are harvested in step with the necessity. Capture work refers to any or all forms of the harvest of present living resources in each marine and fresh environment. On a broad level, capture fisheries may be classified as industrial, small-scale/artisanal and recreational.
An additional specific level includes relevance to the fishing space, gear and therefore the main target species, like the North Sea herring seine work, Gulf of North American nation shrimp trawl work, southern ocean Patagonian toothfish longline work. Culture fisheries are the cultivation of designated fishes in confined areas with utmost care to induce most yield. The seed is equipped, breast-fed and reared in confined waters, then the crop is harvested. Culture takes place in ponds, that are inseminated and supplementary feeds are provided to fish to induce most yield.

Note: Disadvantages in Fish Farming
i. Disease: Keeping fishes in close proximities to other fishes increases the probability of diseases.
ii. Effect on the environment: Fish farms can have a harmful impact on the local environment. Chemicals used in fish farming could affect other life forms.
