Hint: Lohgarh is a mediaeval town in the Yamunanagar district of Haryana, India. It is located in the Bilaspur tehsil. From 1710 to 1716, it served as the capital of the Sikh state under Baba Banda Singh Bahadur. Bhai Lakhi Rai Wanjara built the Lohgarh Sahib Fort (meaning Iron Fort) roughly 30 kilometres from Sadaura on Guru Hargobind Sahib's orders.

Complete answer:
Battle of Lohgarh - On the 16th of December 1710, Mughal Emperor Bahadur Shah's troops marched towards Lohgarh, where they fought the Sikhs to take the fort. The Sikhs fought the little fort for eight months under difficult conditions, but the Mughals burst into the famished garrison on December 7, 1715, and captured Banda Singh and his friends.

Now let us look into the given options:
Option A) Ram Singh: Ram Singh didn’t help the Banda Bahadur to come out of the Lohgarh Fort during the battle of Lohgarh. Hence, this option is incorrect.

Option B) Vinod Singh: Guru Gobind Singh appointed Baba Binod Singh as the first Jathedar of Budha Dal and named him the Commander of the Khalsa Army. He was one of Banda Bahadur's (1670-1716) five companions dispatched by the Guru from Nanded to Punjab in 1708 to punish Wazir Khan, Nawab of Sirhind. Banda Singh's ally in the campaign he initiated upon his arrival in Punjab was Binod Singh. He left the battle because was not agreed with some aspects of Banda Bahadur.
Hence, this option is incorrect.

Option C) Gulab Singh: Maharaja Gulab Singh was the founder of the Dogra dynasty and the first Maharaja of the princely state of Jammu and Kashmir, which was founded following the collapse of the Sikh Empire in the First Anglo-Sikh War and was the second-largest princely state under the British Raj. Gulab Singh was the one who helped Banda Bahadur to get out from the Lohgarh fort during the battle of Lohgarh. Hence, this option is correct.

Option D) Udai Singh: Bhai Uday Singh was one of four sons of famed Sikh martyr Bhai Mani Singh Ji, a resident of village Alipur, District Multan (now Pakistan), who pledged his services to Guru Gobind Singh Ji along with that of his four sons. Two of the four sons, Bhai Bachiter Singh and Bhai Uday Singh, joined the band of devout Sikhs in the Guru's Army. He wasn’t involved in the Battle of Lohgarh. Hence, this option is incorrect.

Therefore, Option (C) Gulab Singh is the correct answer. Since he was the one who helped Banda bahadur to come out of Lohgarh fort in the Battle of Lohgarh.

Note: To honour valiant Sikh troops, a military memorial was erected at the site of the Battle of Chappar Chiri. Banda Singh Bahadur, who led the army and destroyed the Mughal armies, was honoured with the 328-foot Fateh Burj. The Fateh Burj is an octagonal tower that is taller than the Qutub Minar. At the top of the tower, there is a dome with a stainless steel Khanda.
