Guru Gobind Singh was born in the year 1666 on 22 December in the state of Bihar, Patna. Guru Gobind Singh was married to three girls. At the age of 10, he was married to Mata Jito on 21st of June in 1677 at Basantgarh. They both have three sons whom they named as Jujhar Singh, Zorawar Singh and Fateh Singh. When he was 17 years of age, he tied the knot with Mata Sundari on April 4, 1684 in the city of Anandpur. He then married to Mata Sahib Devan in the year 1700 at the age of 33.

He was having much affection for her although he has no children with her. Guru Gobind Singh institutionalised the Khalsa concept among Sikhs. He also opposed the taxes that were imposed by Islamic rulers on them illegally. Guru Gobind Singh took part in 13 assaults against Mughal Empire. Some of which are: Battle of Bhangani, Battle of Nadaun, Battle of Guler and Battle of Anandpur. He died on 7th of October in 1708 at a very young age of 42.
