Hint: Graph of this equation can be made when we know the points that should be located on the graph. In this problem, we are using the slope and the y- intercept to find the points by comparing the equation of the line with the standard form of the equation of a line.

Complete step by step solution:
In this problem, we have given the equation $ y - 2x = 0 $ , firstly, we need to simplify the equation, after simplifying we get,
 $ \Rightarrow y = 2x............................................\left( 1 \right) $
The equation of a line is written in the form $ y = mx + b $ , where m is the slope of the line and b is the y-intercept. Now, we will write the equation (1), in the standard form of line, i.e,
 $ \Rightarrow y = 2x + 0 $
On comparing the standard form and the equation, we find that,
 $ m = 2,b = 0 $
As, b is the y-intercept, then the first point we find is $ \left( {0,0} \right) $ and the slope is the change in value of y divide by the change in value of x and we can also say that,
Slope $ = \dfrac{{rise}}{{run}} $
We can also write the slope as,
 $ \Rightarrow m = \dfrac{2}{1} $
Now, from the first point $ \left( {0,0} \right) $ , we can go two steps upward and then, one step right and here is our second point, through which we can draw a line and hence the graph of the equation formed is,

Note: The equation of this graph can also be made by a table of values and to find the values, we need to assume the value of x and then after substituting the value of x in the given equation, we will get the value of y and after finding the values we will locate it on the graph.
