Hint: Golgi body also known as golgi complex or golgi apparatus. It is an organelle found in most eukaryotic cells. It helps in processing and packaging proteins.

Complete answer:
The Golgi body also helps in transport of lipids around the cell and also helps in formation of lysosomes. In these bodies proteins are received from the endoplasmic reticulum and are further modified for transport to their destination.

Option A- Prokaryotes: Prokaryotes such as PPLO, bacteria, blue green algae doesn’t have golgi bodies. The Golgi body is an organelle present in the cell made of cisternae and helps in secretory processes. Prokaryotic cells lack these bodies.

Option B- Mature mammalian RBC: These cells also don't have golgi bodies in it, these are biconcave, circular and non nucleated cells that lack membrane bound organelles. They lack cell nucleus as well as many other organelles so that maximum space can be taken by hemoglobin.

Option C- Akaryotes: These cells lack nucleus but have a central core of RNA or DNA, these depend on other organisms for their existence and do not have any structure known as golgi body.

Option D- All the above: Golgi body is absent in prokaryotes, mature mammalian RBC and akaryotes. So all the above is the correct answer.

So our correct answer is Option D – all the above.

Note:
Golgi bodies are named after its discoverer, Camillo Golgi. These are a series of stacked membranes, and there are different kinds of membranes, some tubules and some vesicles. These bodies are located near the nucleus and hence called a perinuclear body. It is present near the ER and when the proteins come out of ER they enter golgi bodies for further modification and transportation later.
