Hint:
The founder of the Muslim League was a Nawab (which means King), of Dhaka, now in Bangladesh.

Complete step by step solution:
The correct option is D) Khwaja Salimullah

Nawab Khwaja Salimullah was the fourth Nawab of Dhaka and he founded Muslim League in 1906. First, he introduced modern regional policies in support of the partition of Bengal and founded a political association in Bengal. He then went on to organise a national Muslim political body in India.
The Nawab undertook responsibilities such as approaching the Muslim people on the urgency of political association, apprehending Hindu communal politics against Muslims, publishing Circular Letter, patronising the Dhaka Educational Conference, moving for All India Muslim League (AIML) Resolution relating to League establishment. In an integrated analysis, all of these initiatives were examined to find out the significant contributions of Nawab Salimullah to the establishment of AIML, along with the development of Muslim politics in India.
Throughout those years, in many leagues and conferences, Salimullah held positions of authority and continued to comment on important political issues. He became president of the All Bengal Muslim League in 1907, and the newly founded Kolkata.

Additional information:
In 1893, as Deputy Magistrate, Salimullah started his career in government service, a position he held until he left in 1895 to start his business in Mymensingh. In 1901, following his father's death, he inherited the title of head of the Dhaka Nawab Family.

Note:
The All India Muslim League was the first and only national Muslim political party of British-India. Muhammad Ali Jinnah was one of the most important presiding leaders of Muslim League who play a great role in partition of India and Pakistan.
