Positive angles are the angles determined from the base in the counterclockwise direction. The angle drawn from the origin towards the positive X and Y axis is a positive angle. Also the angle measures between $0{}^\circ $ to $90{}^\circ $ is known as acute angle.
For example in the below diagram an angle measures $40{}^\circ $ is a positive acute angle.

Hence an angle measuring $0{}^\circ $ to $90{}^\circ $ in counter clockwise direction is a positive acute angle.
