Here is one of the best ways for recycling papers –
- Collect paper from different garbage bins across the city and accumulate all of them into a large container reserved for the garbage collection.
- From this large bin, accumulated waste paper is carried to the recycling plant where the waste paper is subjected to segregation in accordance with different grades.
- The differently segregated papers are then subjected to washing with soap water for removing all the ink, staples, and glue that goes along with it. Thereafter, it is mixed with ample water to prepare a slurry.
- Further, certain specific materials and related chemicals are added to the compost slurry to obtain different paper products such as office stationary, cardboard, etc.
- Thereafter, the remaining slurry is rolled out into thin sheets with the aid of large rollers.
- The paper produced in this manner is later subjected to heat drying and later, cut into different pieces and put into use.
