1. Aspirin is the medicine used to reduce the fever and also the pain. So, it is called a painkiller. It can relieve the pain which may be caused by muscle contractions. Aspirin is a salicylate and a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Positive effects of the aspirin are if this tablet is given to the patient who suffers from heart attack it may decrease the risk of death. It also relieves pain, lowers the fever and reduces inflammation. It is also reducing the risk of cardiovascular events and coronary events. These tablets are given to the patients who get treatment like angioplasty, mini stroke and ischemic stroke. It reduces the inflammation around the heart called pericarditis. Negative effects of the aspirin are gastrointestinal ulcers, rashes. This tablet also produces abdominal pain, stomach pain and heartburn. Drowsiness may occur while taking this tablet.
