Hint:In the process of electromagnetic induction, the electric force is generated by means of variation of magnetic flux through a surface. Magnetic flux is the total number of magnetic field lines of force passing normally through any closed surface.

Complete step by step answer:
Whenever a magnet is brought near or moved away from the coil, the magnetic lines changes that mean magnetic flux in the coil changes, due to change in the magnetic field, an electric force is generated, and this phenomenon is termed as electromagnetic induction. This concept is given by Faraday’s first law of electromagnetic induction.
From the concept of Faraday’s second law, we can write that the change of magnetic flux linked with the coil produces an emf known as induced emf, and due to induced emf, a current is developed known as induced current.
The two methods to produce induced current are:
1. With the variation of current in one coil, the induction of current can be done in another coil.

2. By allowing the magnetic to come close to the coil or way from the coil, we can produce the induction current as per Faraday’s first law of electromagnetic induction.

Note: Eddy current is that induced current which is developed in a conductor when magnetic flux linked with it changes. Eddy current opposes that cause by virtue of which it is developed.
