Now, take a point L out of the circle and which is at a distance of $ 8\;cm $ from the centre of the circle.
To draw a pair of tangents from L to circle. We first draw a bisector of line segment OL. For the bisector we draw two arcs from initial O and L with radius more than half of OL and name it as M where it meets line OL.
Now, from the initial M draw an arc of radius OM where it meets the circle name these two points at A and B.
